Our photos, video and content
All photographs, video, maps, survey imagery, text, logos and other content on this website are owned by JZAerial Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
You may view the content and share links to our pages. You may not download, copy, reproduce, edit, publish, sell or otherwise use any of our imagery or content, including for marketing, listings, presentations or AI training, without our written permission.

Client work
Imagery shown on this site may include work created for clients. Use and licensing of client deliverables is set out in each client’s own quote or agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.
Quotes and services
Information on this website about our services, equipment, certifications and turnaround times is general and may change. It isn’t an offer or a quote. Pricing, scope, scheduling, deliverables and usage rights for any project are confirmed in writing before work begins. All flights are subject to Transport Canada regulations, airspace approvals, site conditions and weather.
Using this website
You agree not to:
use the site in a way that breaks any law
try to access parts of the site or its systems that aren’t meant for the public, or interfere with how it works
send spam, harmful code or false information through the contact form or chat
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranties
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JZAerial Inc. isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This doesn’t limit our responsibilities under any written agreement with a client.
Store purchases and digital downloads
What you’re buying. Everything in our online store is a digital download. Nothing is printed or shipped. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Please download your files soon after purchase and keep a backup copy, since download links may expire.
Personal-use licence. Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the image and print or display it for personal, non-commercial use, such as printing it for your home or using it as a desktop background. Copyright stays with JZAerial Inc. You may not resell, share or redistribute the file, or use it in advertising, marketing, real estate listings, products for sale, business websites or social media, or AI training. For commercial use, contact us at jzalud@jzaerial.com for a licence.
Refunds. Because digital files can’t be returned, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If a file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Payment. Payments are processed securely through our online store’s checkout and payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card details.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share through this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
